With over ten years of experience with a leading custom home builder, Landon Custom Building, Inc. founders, Kevin Wilkinson and Jeremy Allen have the background, understanding and knowledge that their clients can depend on. Kevin attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and later attended Cape Fear Community College where he majored in Construction Management and took a NC General Contracting preparatory course. He became a NC Licensed General Contractor in 2003. At the same time, Kevin began working as a construction foreman, building oceanfront beach houses in Carolina Beach, NC. In 2005, he relocated to Wake Forest, NC and worked as a construction project manager for five years. 

He gained hands-on experience with ground up residential construction, as well as remodeling and renovations. He still calls Wake Forest home, where he lives with his wife Susan, and five children, Lily Kate, Landon, and triplets: Reagan, Sadie, and Caroline.

Jeremy is a licensed NC General Contractor and co-founder of Landon Custom Building. After graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Management, Jeremy worked as a project manager overseeing construction, scheduling, and customer relations for a local home builder.
